Mine would have to be the positive relationships I've had as a result of using 7 cups. I found 7 Cups when I was 16 years old, and became more active throughout my college experience (UK College lol), it was one of the area's I was able to find out who I truly was, and I enjoyed listening to people. It was an escape from me, when things at home or at college weren't doing so well, when my friends started to get new friends and I was just left by myself. When my Eating Disorder and Depression got bad, I was able to escape to my member for support, and develop close bonds with several of my listeners on there - I felt like I had found a place I'd finally belonged. Members and Listeners on 7 Cups have seen me go from being a teen to being an adult, from going to school to University and has helped me throughout the recovery process. It's allowed me somewhere I can truly be myself, and find myself. Thanks to 7 Cups, I now know that helping others is a passion of mine, and I was able to take up lots of other oppourtunities to represent other mental health organisations in my country, and at my university due to this. It's a huge part of helping me find my identity, and thanks to 7 Cups, I now know who I am.

I found good friends...genuine pwopke that I got to know. Some reamained with me, some as expected left me for their immaculate "career" instead of a genuine friend and others are just around me....i cannot say i feel better, maybe worse, but some good or bad this site does to me since is both stronger than my alcohol or cigarette addiction...just a new toxic addiction in my life...ty 7cups🤗
7 cups gave me friends when I felt like nobody around me understood me. 7 cups gave me support as I learned to accept myself. 7 cups gave me people who truly care about me when I felt nobody cared. Even through the worst times, 7 cups was there for me. My friends on 7 cups were there for me. My family on 7 cups was there for me.
