How Nature Nurtures the Brain
" Psychological research has shown that people who live in cities may have an increased risk for depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia compared to people living in more rural areas. In contrast, many people perceive hiking and spending time in nature as stress-relieving and calming."

Definitely feel awake. There's something refreshing about being outside, I really like open spaces and being able to experience "outside" after being enclosed in a building or space for long periods of time.
@comfortableNight4463 That's so true. I think nature can have a huge benefit on the psyche.
When I'm in nature I feel calm and happy! It's so important to me that there's a lot of natural environment where I'm living.
Thank you for the great post!

When I am in a place where there are lots of trees and near rivers or oceans, I felt serenity and see the beauty of the world.
I wish I could live near a place like that where every morning I would see he ocean waves or see beautiful trees and flowers. Or live near a mountain area where everything seems fresh and new. :)
True living in the city is such a stress.
