@calmDew1576 Psychology is a "social science" meaning important regulated experimentation can go on but its definitely not chemistry or physics. That said there's much leeway in the mix of "science" and art we bring to the sessions. I don't think healing has much to do with "philosophy" either, although people use that word loosely. Maybe what you mean is different approaches to the study of the human mind, but in my experience the character and personality of the therapist is most important factor in success. Its the relationship in my opinion that carries most of the weight of healing...or not. I think people can intuit why that is...
