I have what I call my God squad, that I use in times of need.
Both walking outside or even opening my door for fresh air comes in reinvigorate me.
I have Pandora going wit my eclectic favorites as I write this (eg. Gary Allen, Simon and Garfuncle, Snatur Kaus, Joan Baez, shortness etc)
@comfortableNight4463 When I'm stressed the first thing I usually do is text my bf I'd say 90 percent of the time depending on what it is or I just sit with it and allow myself to feel the emotions of it
