Withdrawals

Been a week since I did drugs. It was coke alcohol and shrooms. Can I now be feeling withdrawals all of a sudden and will I get back to myself I feel spaced out here and there my face gets hot vomiting and twitching and will feel in a panic for hours at a time. Did anyone else go through withdrawals like this and will I be okay?
