High Five Live (7cups 9th Birthday Celebration)
As you all may know 7 Cups is about to turn 9 on July 7th. I'm excited to be a part of the journey with you all!
And as per our every year ritual, it is time for one of our favorite events - The High Five Live Event!
Did you overcome a challenge? Accomplished something? Tried something new? Grew up in your personal or professional life? Reached out and shared your feelings? Took a step towards progress? or anything or everything in between! Please share with us what you have accomplished so far this year and the admin team will read out your accomplishments and give you a shout-out or high five in the Group Chatroom or through a forum post! We look forward to reading and giving a high five to you!
Here’s how it will work-

Point to note! There is no big or small accomplishment or goal. Each accomplishment matters and we want to celebrate that with you.
- You can submit on behalf of someone else too. If you have seen someone accomplishing something which should be honored, please submit it through the form
- There is an option to share your accomplishment with us while being ‘anonymous’ as well if you prefer that.
- On July 07th, we will join you all and celebrate and share the accomplishments and give the shout-out and high fives!!
Yes I overcame a couple of challenges one big challenge was that I didn’t listen to people who told me I shouldn’t/ couldn’t take band or Spanish because of my learning disability. I have accomplished a lot such as Spanish and band and I was in big classes when I was a junior and senior in high school. Feel free to ask me questions. I found my confidence in Spanish when I was in 11th grade of high school. Don’t let anyone tell you can’t do something. You might have to do it a different way who cares. You can do it.

I finished my teacher training recently, despite facing the challenges of being autistic, and despite the fact that a few years ago, when my self-confidence was very low, I never would have believed in myself enough to take a step towards any career x
There are so many listeners on here that don’t follow their training or that are immature and rude and make me feel way worse when I needed to talk to someone.
I overcame that many times and as a listener have always followed the training.
I’m proud of myself for doing a good job and being there for people in a warm and welcoming way by following my training.
