Hi, everyone, and happy almost February! I recently introduced our official 7 Cups Community Calendar (here).
Please click into this spreadsheet to view them and check out any attached links as well as Notes at the bottom (Notes are used to fill in additional information regarding an event).

This thread opens the Grief and Loss Community Monthly Event on "Honoring our loved ones with Random Acts of Kindness".
This first post is an extremely powerful and moving account by @Kristynsmama of her experience with Grief and how she developed the practice of regularly doing kind acts in the name of the loved one she lost.
I strongly recommend all of the 7 Cups Community to read it.
We are proposing to the Grief and Loss Community to try this most noble, rewarding and healing practice: doing good to others as a way to honor those who we love and we lost.
