AMA - Appreciation Team.

I joined the appreciation team because it fit who I am. I tend to naturally show appreciation regularly to people. I feel showing appreciation is a huge thing. Not one person is here because they have to be. Not one moment of anyones time has to be spent on this site or doing anything they do on site. Each person in this community is an intigral piece of the puzzle that creates the amazing community we have, I appreciate EVERYONES time and what they do on site!

@Liz1000 What I like most about being on the appreciation team is those small moments when I am able to touch one persons day with a smile and letting them know how much I appreciate them. I also very much love that I can just be me, and that makes me a good fit for the appreciation team. :)

@Liz1000 I joined AT because I was asked to take over leadership for it from Iara, when she got her CM position. However it really was love at first sight. For me the best part of being leading the team is planning exciting events and even more ways to spread love. As a member of the team appreciating others my favourite part is when I appreciate somoene on thier review and they are so excited as they had not actually seen it themselves. It is fantastic feeling to share that moment with them.
