1. When facing a problem, what are some things that affect you the most?
Stress caused by the importance of the given problem, fear of making the wrong call, belief I do not posses the neccassary skills to solve it.
2. Carefully consider "What will the situation look like when a problem is solved?"
There will be blissful peace and quiet in my exhausted mind ^^; And that's something worth striving for.
3. What can you do to make the best decision when facing problems?
Calm myself, and then make a list of all possible solutions, along with advantages and disadvantes of each one. It can make me feel more in control of the situation and give me a better overview of the possible outcome.
4. What changes can you make from last year to solve the problems and make decisions?
Not hide with my problems, but ask for help. Other people may have a greater knowledge and better skills to solve them. Moreover, their support will definitely make the process of solving problems much less painful.
1. When facing a problem, what are some things that affect you the most?
I tend to overthink things WAY too often to the point where I don't even know where to start fixing a problem or situation. When it's trying to solve a conflict, I often get extreme conflict anxiety which makes me more likely to run and hide from the situation rather than face it and figure something out.
2. Carefully consider "What will the situation look like when a problem is solved?"
The situation will look as complete as it should, and I will be either satisfied or relieved (or both) that I was able to solve the problem.
3. What can you do to make the best decision when facing problems?
Stay calm, don't overthink, weigh possible consequences, and try not to feel intimidated by outside emotions or anxieties.
4. What changes can you make from last year to solve the problems and make decisions?
I need to stop procrastinating and shake myself out of ruts that I end up forming that sometimes make it hard for me to face problems, move forward in my goals, and achieve results.
