Let Us Have Some Questions :D
Today is the fourth day of Organisation Week! For today's theme, Task Management, we will have a questionnaire for you all!
A few questions will be asked and you will reply to them with one of the options from:
•Rarely
•Sometimes
•Frequently
•Always
Example:
Question: I keep my work place tidy.
Answer: Frequently!
After you are done answering all questions, post it in the thread.
Benefits of this exercise:
•Will help you self analyse how organised you are.
•Would give you an idea of which area you can put in effort and improve in.
Questions:
1. I do tasks in order of their importance.
2. I try to complete one task before going on to the next.
3. I realize that taking action generates the impetus for further action.
4. I realize that efficiency and effectiveness are not the same.
5. I don't put off making decisions.
6. I prepare contingency plans in case my first line of action fails.
7. I prioritize tasks so that I do the most important and urgent first.
8. I manage my fear of doing things I don't like to do and realise that this is part of procrastination.
9. I share tasks or problems with others if possible.
10. I am able to analyze my present position and assess what action I need to take to achieve my goals.
