Random Acts of Kindness Week!
This week is about random acts of kindness! It's essentially spreading kindness in the hopes that you'll make at least one person's day better. It's impossible, unfortunately, to help everyone, and we can't change everyone's world. For an analogy - to you, it might seem like you can't help anyone. To the people you've helped, you've made all the difference in their lives.
With that in mind, Appreciation & Gratitude, General Support and Anger Management have come together to bring you a bingo! It's a 3x3 card on which 9 activities are listed. Complete as many lines as you can - yes, even diagonals count - and share your completed bingos here to win cheers! You'll get 500 for being the first person to complete a bingo and 100 for each bingo every person completes after that.
You can find your own bingo card here. Feel free to make a copy and complete it! For your convenience, though, here are the tasks:
1. Forum: Report back a random act of kindness.
2. Forum: What would you say to someone to encourage them?
3. Forum: What's your favourite inspirational quote?
4. Feed: Compliment yourself using the hashtags #randomkindness #generalsupport #anger #spreadthelove
5. Feed: Compliment a group moderator or support session leader using the hashtags #randomkindness #generalsupport #anger #spreadthelove
6. Take part in the compliment train found on @windflowers's profile!
7. Participate in any discussion!
8. Leave a kind message in the teen support room (teens) or member hangout (adults).
9. Give someone a virtual hug in the support rooms or chatrooms.
