1) How are you going with the team?
Unfortunately I have not been able to be that active on the team lately, however I'm hoping to have some more time now to spend for this team!
2) If you were to say one positive thing about the team/requirements, what would you say that one thing is?
I love how this team allows you to reach out to people who may be struggling and offer support and a place where they can turn to! It is a really good feeling when you can make someone feel heard and validated.
3) If you were to say one negative thing/ give us room for improvement, what would you say that is?
I personally find the quota a bit difficult to reach at times, other than that everything is great!
4) What are your strategies for reaching out to people and engaging with people in your posts or in theirs? Maybe you could help someone else out!
When I find someone who sounds like they could appreciate being reached out to, I line to reflect on what they said and empathize and validate their feelings (so basically using active listening skills lol) before mentioning 7 cups, that way they can feel even more heard, and I have found this strategy to be helpful!

Thank you for answering, hope! We'll keep the quota requirements in mind and see if others agree. If so, we might be able to change the quota :) what I find helps me is to spread out the days I reach out. For example, I sometimes do just 4-5 in one day, then I'll do the same amount for a few more days and the quota for the month is reached! However, I do understand that it could be difficult if we have other things going on in our life! I appreciate you checking in with us! Gold star for you ❤️ ⭐️
