Hello, everyone! I hope you're all doing well and finding that you enjoy being on our team. This is just a friendly reminder to all to please submit your monthly log form! Please be honest, we can only help you if we know what needs to be worked on. Also, you are more than welcome to give us suggestions, ideas and/or feedback via the form! Please do if you so wish.

For those exempt from filling out the form, you can ignore this reminder for this month. Remember that next month onwards, it will need to be filled. You know who you are! Also, an additional thank you to the ones who have already submitted the form!
