The way you act on your 7 Cups account should reflect the 7 Cups vision and ideals, so please keep that in mind whenever you use your 7 Cups Reddit account.
How to reach out:
~ Go into each sub-reddit and use your listening skills to respond to people's problems and use links to refer them to our website or the 7 Cups subreddit. Make it look genuine and less like an advertisement.

How to handle negativity:
Any inappropriate posts on the subreddit should be reported immediately. Any negative feedback for 7 Cups on the subreddit should be responded to in a positive way. It shouldnt be reported because we want to be receptive of feedback, and the best way to respond to it is with kindness and helpful resources.
