I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with this issue. I know it isn't easy to be open and honest about it so I'm glad you came to 7 cups for support. Because that is what we are here for. I'm sorry to hear that your friends are treating you this way and disregarding your struggles related to PTSD. I know that it must hurt to be told that. I want you to know that you're not alone and that this is a very supportive community here. i know you want to stop asking your friends for help but don't know how that's understandable and okay. Have you thought about telling a trusted adult or even talking about this with a listener on 7 cups?

@Lexi913913 they don't seem like very good friends to me, just saying. That's not the way to answer someone asking for help, ever
