1. how are you doing today
I don't know why but I feel totally of on days where I don't go to the gym, but as today is a gym day I feel awesome! I feel SO great and I can't believe that gym is doing that for me. I should have begun going years ago. But I feel good. Life is good.
2. one thing going well
Gym is going great. I am now at 3 sets of 12 a every weightlifting machine, and I started at 10 for some weeks ago. I hope I can get to 15-16 pr set at the end of this month.
3. one thing not going well
My legs kinda hurt, bc I have been slacking a little on my workouts. But I'm back on track, and I can do this!
4. where on holiday would you go and why
I would go somewhere quite. Maybe a little sun and a beach, where I can be alone and chill.
5. what activities would you plan to do on that holiday and why
I would just like to go for walks, hopefully where I can be alone or just act like I am. I'm would love that.
