From times to times I like to try and take a step back, to focus on the bigger picture. Too often we get overwhelmed and only see the negatives when there are amazing positives that we forget about or dont value well enough. Its not an easy exercise to do but it can be helpful to think about what were grateful and thankful for already before thinking about all the rest, to help us put things into perspectives!
