Sometimes it’s important to remember that we’re always under construction! We can always change things, add new bricks, remove some, it’s tough and long work though and it’s very okay if what you built doesn’t look like what your neighbor built.

) How are you feeling today?
I'm not doing so good today. It just seemed like a long day today.
2) What is going well and not-so-well lately?
I have been sleeping better lately. Not so well- My daughter has been upset with me more.
3) What new skill/memory/success/experience would you like to add to your construction right now?
I would like to be able to get out of my comfort zone more and do things with my daughter. I have anxiety about traveling and I'm afraid that she is missing out on experiences.

Hey there ! I’m sorry to hear you weren’t doing good… Have the days felt less long since Monday?
It’s a great thing that you’ve been able to sleep better lately! Do you feel it has impacted your mood and general wellbeing?
About your daughter, I’m sorry to hear that, especially as you love her and spending time with her so much… do you think a specific situation/thing is triggering that reaction?
Getting out of our comfort zone is never an easy thing, it’s beautiful that you’re willing to do it for your daughter though! Sometimes a good thing can be to slowly go out of your comfort, at first just a tiny step, then a slightly bigger one, for example here, travelling not too far at all, so that you can feel in control while still being out of your comfort zone and gaining confidence!
