Today - Idk - kind of ok and kind of not. Just here
Been having problems with words and just sharing things sometimes
kind of isolating and worrying about bothering people
Self care is - difficult sometimes. I plan on hanging outside today a few hours though. They want rain tomorrow

I am....honestly not really sure how I am right now but doing okayish, thank you for asking :)
I do really understand that you know, I can have such a hard time verbalizing my feelings and thoughts sometimes. I mean, it is okay tho, I know it is really tough sometimes and, really, no matter what you are not alone in this. If it is really just saying hi and you are not sure what else to say it is completely fine as well and you are definitely not bothering anyone here :)
I do hope that you will be able to spend some time outside as just getting some fresh air can really make a big difference. :)

So far I'm feeling alright. I have a memorial to go to later today so lets see how I feel after that. This week has felt weird. Not really good or bad, a lot of both I guess. For christmas I got some skin care products and I've been using those (my skin and hair smell so nice, mmm). I've also been practising ukulele. Music is my favorite form of self care and I'm loving being able to make music. Hope you have a nice day!

I am glad to hear that you are feeling alright so far. I hope that memorial will go well too and you will just have a nice day and you will be able to just relax after this week. :)
Those skin-care product sound really nice and I am really glad to hear that you are taking good care of your skin like that and also enjoying it. :)
Also, music is just such an amazing thing. I cannot really make music - just a little bit on a guitar - but I do absolutely love to listen to music and it is just such an essential part of my life :)

Oww, that does sound like you have a lot on your mind right now but I am glad to hear that you remind yourself to stay calm and I do agree, you can definitely do this, I believe in you! :)
