I'm having a really bad day and self-harmed several times, but I'm fine.

thanks for the hugs.
i play the ukulele and listen to music really loudly and sometimes that tones down my brain so i dont have to self-harm.
@willowgreen22 music is awesome and very universal too one of the best ones out there what genres do you listen too any favourite artists and ukele nice

i am new here and hoping to get help i relapsed last night and not really proud of it

im sorry to hear you relapsed i know that might suck and feel frustrating but its part of recovery you can do this believe in yourself
did anything possibly trigger you
@CaringBrit yeah i just get frustrated and feel as though i should be hurt for no reason just so in a way i know my role and place in a way.
@JAYBIRD666 aww no no one deserves to be hurt but i personally relate and im sure many others do too your not alone
