Knowing that you can rely on someone through your recovery is such a positive experience, having that safe space to be able to open up and share your thoughts, feelings and fears. 1) How was your week ? What have you been up to ? Anything you'd like to share ?
I reallyyyyy havent been up to much… Work was slow and made me extra lazy in every other area of my life, but a new week starts tomorrow and I'll make it a better and more active one!
2) Do you have any people that you consider to be your support system ?
Thats a tough one, I do have supportive friends who accept my useless rants, silly jokes and daily anecdotes/fails which is already a lot of support (although it's not specific support if that makes any sense), but I dont feel trusting enough to call anyone if I had a big breakdown for example. Thankfully, daily life support is all I need, no breakdown on the horizon! *fingers crossed*
3) If you could be an element of our solar system, what would you be ?
Oh good one! Mhh without thinking too much about it, an easy answer would be the moon, here for dark times, sometimes full, sometimes withdrawn, always with a face hidden, full of craters but still special in its own way. What would you be?

There are weeks like that that just to seem to drag on and on and on .... And on ! Hopefully this one will be a bit more active ! :)
Daily life support is already great ! Nice to know that you can share all those aspects of yourself with people :) Though I do understand that you wouldn't want to call them for a major breakdown but yeah if no breakdown on the horizon then keep sailing my friend ! :)
Oh the moon ! Nice choice ! Now I want to be the moon too x) I was thinking more of Neptune, sometimes a bit far away from everything and enjoying the cold but still here :)

It was ok thanks. Busy enough. I started rationalizing, decluttering and beautifying my bedroom. I am hoping it can become a safe and relaxing space for me. That was really positive. There is much work still to do. A friend is helping me, which I am super grateful for though.
2) Do you have any people that you consider to be your support system ?
I do. A handful. 3 key players I guess. My therapist left the agency where she was tho, and so I haven't seen her for weeks and don't know when I will next, so its more like 2 right now...
3) If you could be an element of our solar system, what would you be ?
The moon - if its not presumptuous. I could not be the Sun of course. But I would like to reflect the light of the sun, in my own imperfect and mutable way. I could be a sort of secondary guide when the light of the sun was invisible to those lost on their way...

You know I've always wanted a cozy warm bedroom but I suck at decorating x) I hope it does become a safe place for you where you're free to dream and wander off into other worlds :) Nice to know that you've got a friend helping you out, it does sound like a lot of work but I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end !!

Nothing is presumptuous, you're free to be whatever you want :) I love your explanation ! It's true like the moon is a pretty good guide for all those who are lost and prefer to wander in the dark rather than risk it in the sunlight.

3) If you could be an element of our solar system, what would you be ? I want to become Saturn. Its gigantic ring is so beautiful.
