Hi hi everyone and happy Wednesday! <3 I hope you all are doing well and staying less-stressed. It's election season in the US and it's been really stressful with volunteering and the news lately. I've been catching myself scrolling through social media for too much time lately and spending too much of my energy on stressing about politics. It reminded me of the importance of taking technology breaks!
Theme: unplug and check-in with yourself!
Ways to unplug:
🥳 Put down your phone and get up and get active!
🥳 Take a break from your computer and rest your eyes by taking a nap!
🥳 Instead of talking to someone virtually through text, talk to them via facetime or see them safely if it's allowed where you live!

Actually I am bad and my life is going not so gud, because I feel way upsed and depressed these days. I am hardly finding happiness in the days at the moment, but I try to keep going. Can you send me some hugs?

Your hugs made me inspired and positive <3 Actually I agree with you, we STAN for youtube videos hehehe :D I totally love digital detox idea, and Flip app is very helpful in that, there are also waaaaaaaaaaaaaay more different appies and resources helpful to! Do you think we have somewhere a place to start a thread about digital detoxes?
