Self-Harm recovery daily check-in: Saturday July 16th, 2020.

Hey everyone and good morning :) I hope everyone is having a great Saturday so far and having a wonderful week! This week has been really interesting for me and has been really great! I can't believe the week flew by so quickly and I really miss debate camp. I've finally been able to prioritize self-care and ultra-productivity this week which has been a huge helper and I've also been able to get to talk to a few friends.

I recently came across this image and I think it'd be a great way to do a mini check in on how others are doing. Also, emotional batteries are real and very important to check-in on. When our emotional batteries are low, we can often feel more numb. This can unfortunately lead us to be more susceptible to self-harm thoughts and suicidal ideation, which isn't what we want at all. Checking in with yourself periodically throughout the day to check what you need is important! It is also a great way to remain present throughout the day.
