Struggling alone

Hi everyone, I have been struggling recently. I feel like I don’t have anyone to talk to anymore about my mental health. I’ve noticed that my trauma responses are the reason I’m having so many issues in my life. And I have been having to keep in my anxiety and depression relapse recently. I’ve had a small relapse of wanted to hurt myself but I haven’t done so and I have had very bad anxiety recently. I don’t know who to talk to and I can’t open up to my friends anymore because I don’t trust any of them.

@PrincessR18 Hey, I completely get how you feel isolated from your peers. Trauma is a terrifying thing to deal with and nobody should have to go through what you have. Maybe you could talk to your parents or ask about a therapist. However, I get that parents can be hard to talk to at times, especially about your personal life and trauma, so if you feel that isn't right for you, just open up to people online. It's what I do! I keep one or two online friends who don't know my identity and just vent my feelings to them or have casual conversations if I'm struggling. You don't need to follow my suggestions, but I'm praying for your situation nevertheless. Please stay strong, we are always here for you <3

Thank you for this! My parents are hard to open up and I can only meet with a therapist once a month. I’m glad I have this community to be able to talk to. Thank you again!
