2 months clean?
I've been sh for 4 years. This is the longest I've been clean (62 days). (Besides when I first started I think.. I don't remember). Though this should be a major accomplishment, yet I don't feel a thing. I just don't care about it at all. I feel horrible constantly, I have no care for anything and everything is dipping even farther. My thoughts are out of control, my OCD is stepping all over me and my eating is getting worse so quickly.

Xmas is coming in 15 days. Do you think there's something xmassy you can do that might cheer you up a bit?
Thank you for the hug, it means a lot. But no, my doctor doesn't know. I used to have a lot of appointments with my doctor, but once we switched my medications to my psychiatrist, I have my mom there with me, in which I just never tell her anything. I don't like my parents worrying... I stopped taking my medications anyways, since they all stopped having affects on me, even on the highest doses and all the other doses I've tried. Christmas is a busy month, so there's gonna be some stuff, but it's not like it helps lobg term.
And also all the professionals were never told about my sh.

I understand you don't want to hurt them, but you matter to. Hopefully this site will provide you with all the support you need and deserve.
