After more than three months clean
I was clean for more than three months got Back because a word my friend said or ( a joke ) about my other friend saying I used to do self harm she laughed and looked at me and said she do it I was looking at her so disappointed and disgusted I said how said that I do it I try to hide it and the moment I went back home I did it again 👎🏼
Be proud of yourself for those three months even if it wasn't permanent. I know what it's like to be mocked and I understand how upsetting it is, but no remark is worth harming over. Keep your chin up and try your hardest to get your clean streak back, or even longer. You can do it!!!
