I'd say so. I SH by digging my fingernails into my palms so hard they leave a mark. There are many different forms of SH. <3

It also leaves a mark on me, sometimes just some minutes, sometimes hours, maybe even some days. But the last one isn't that provable.
Either way, it’s still intentionally harming yourself, so it’s SH.

@vicente0301 it would be considered self harm if you are intentionally doing something to cause pain upon yourself.
I do it when I'm experiencing a big emotion. A lot of happiness, a lot of sadness, etc.
