Clean since 5th July 2025
I am a 16 year old but 15 when I self harmed but that wasn't my only time doing it I did it in 2022/2023 after 2 breaks up that I had to deal with months apart.
My first episode was infront of my firends and with my second ex only them know since I don't feel comfortable telling my family.
My second episode was after my second break up again didn't tell my family but did tell my friends but my school did tell my mum about the break up.
My third episode I was very stressed during a my paper 2 GCSE maths I didn't tell my family but my friends and a teacher who I trusted the most since he knew about my stress
