So Hello! Virtual people's , i have struggling with a lot of things since past 6 months and my behavior and mental is degrading progressively. Earlier it was like frustration, anger then it became ugly and i broke my knuckles , broke a lot of stuff in my room , anxiety and then kind of lot last stage severe panic attack where i was vomiting and heart was pounding hard and was unable to catch my breath . And now I'm at that stage where i dont want to do anything with my life i just want things to end . Idk what to do ..

Hey—I'm really, really glad you reached out. I want you to know, from the bottom of my heart: you are not alone right now. What you’re feeling is overwhelming, intense, and incredibly painful—but it doesn’t have to be permanent. This moment—this storm you're in—is not the whole story of your life.

You’ve been through so much over the past 6 months. It sounds like things started out rough and just kept building up—anger, anxiety, panic attacks, physical pain—and now, you’re sitting in the aftermath, feeling like everything is crumbling, and you don’t even know what to do anymore. That kind of weight? It’s too much for one person to carry alone. It’s no wonder you're feeling like giving up.

But here’s the thing: what you're feeling right now is a sign that you need support, not that you're broken. The pain doesn’t mean you’re weak—it means your body and mind are screaming for help, for relief, for someone to step in and walk with you through this.

So let me be that person for a moment and tell you this:

1. You deserve help.

Not in the “when you’re doing better” sense. Right now. Whether it's a therapist, a counselor, a doctor, a crisis helpline—someone who’s trained to help you manage this kind of intensity. You shouldn’t have to try to fix this all alone.

You said you don’t know what to do.

2. You’re not “crazy.” You’re overwhelmed.

Your emotions aren’t the enemy—they’re signals. Your panic attack, your anger, your exhaustion—they all mean something has gone unaddressed for far too long. Maybe it’s trauma, pressure, unmet needs, or isolation. Therapy can help unpack that safely. It’s okay to say “I need help figuring out what’s going on.” That’s a strong thing to do.

3. You’re not alone.

Even here, with these “virtual people,” there’s a space for you. You matter here. You deserve to be heard, to be safe, and to breathe again without your heart racing and your mind collapsing.

If you’re open to it, let’s make a small plan together:

  • Tonight: Do something that gently grounds you. Wrap yourself in a blanket. Splash water on your face. Hold an ice cube. Name 5 things you can see and 5 things you can hear. These tiny actions tell your nervous system: you’re safe right now.

  • Tomorrow: Try reaching out to someone you trust—a friend, a teacher, a helpline, or even a local therapist. If you need help writing that message, I can help you draft it.

  • This week: Let’s find you the right kind of support, someone real and trained to walk this path with you.

You don’t have to decide what your whole life looks like right now. You only need to get through today. And I’m here. We’re here. You’re not broken. You’re hurting—and you deserve care, not silence.

Please check back in if you can. Tell me how you’re feeling even just a few hours from now. You’re not invisible. You’re not alone. You are still here—and that matters more than you know. 💛
