How to cover up my sh in the summer?
The summer is right around the corner and I can’t think of a way to cover up my sh without my family members getting suspicious. My scars run from my elbow down to my arm, so rolling up my sleeves a little won’t expose them. I really need help, since I don’t want my family members finding out about them, also they’re positioned in a way I couldn’t just use a simple lie of my cat scratching me, nor would I like to accuse my cat for something he didn’t do. If anyone has any idea, what I should use to hide my sh I would be very grateful.

might be a very stupid suggestion but can you do some temporary tattoo and hide it to some extent!
Hi.
Yes, that can also help and I value your opinion in how I could hide my sh, even if it might’ve sounded a little less reasonable. I don’t mean to critical or anything but I’m sure that it could become pretty suspicious if I had a whole arm covered in temporary tattoos, but I will keep that in mind. Thank you for your suggestion :)
Hello,
It seems like you’re going through a rough time right now and need support. Although I have experience with it, self harm is not the answer we are truly looking for. I don’t think you should cover up your pain and hide away from people if you are truly seeking recovery as this does not help you. It only further isolates you. Continuing to harm yourself won’t lead you into recovery. I hope you feel better soon and are able to recover and be happy. Don’t be embarrassed about your situation and seek a good support system. I hope I was able to help a bit
@fairmindedOcean3917 I know how you feel. It is how I feel too. I have heard suggestions of makeup but as someone who has only touched lipstick once in her life, I am not a very good makeup artist and can't cover my scars very well. There isn't much that can be done to cover scars in that position. The best I can suggest is breathable long sleeves that are used to protect from the sun. I know this is probably the last thing you want to do and it is something I haven't done, but it might help to just come clean about them so that you don't need to worry about hiding them.
