don't know how to explain it to anyone , how do you tell even a doctor how do you tell them about the flashes of light you see when you walk? The hallucinations the knowledge that you belong to the devil, the world is my fault and I must be punished I must pay the price to whatever's been chasing me , they say I deserve it , the pain of burning is better than the pain of their hands around my neck.

The same way you described it here is the same way you can share with your doctor. It helps to be open and honest so they can best figure out how to help you. You can tell them that you have been experiencing some distressing symptoms and would like help to understand and manage them.
