I want to talk about my personal struggles in general. I tried many times to cut with scissors, or bruise with fists, but I always failed. And I have depression despite having a good life and a good family. I feel ungrateful.

" And I have depression despite having a good life and a good family" - oh, we or you can't judge, nobody knows exactly. But what we know for sure  is there some reasons for you to have depression.
