Need help staying clean

Im clean 2 months now. But i always have this overwhelming urge to like not be clean. Its just always a thought in the back of my mind. Idk how to help it or control it. It really sucks especially when i get bad the thought gets worse and i wanna know how i can help this.

I really appreciate you reaching out to help me. I’ve tried getting a therapist but they all had no room for me. So thats why im coming here its my 2nd best option.

Have you tried snapping an elastic band on ur wrist or freezing a glove like putting water In it then freezing it ! It helps me ! Also squeezing an ice cube. If you want some fun coping skills let me know !
