Porn Addiction and Masturbate Addiction
Hello.
It is my first time to write here. So, I hope I won’t be judged…
For the past 3 years, I was addicted to porn and ***. However I feel guilty of it after doing these actions as I am in a relationship since 4 years.
Sometimes it happens to me to even try to talk to strangers via social media and have sexual conversations ect.
Today, it happened to me again but what changed it that the person tried to blackmail me to have s** with the person or the person will tell to my partner.
It was a really a big mess and today, I said that I will stop it.
I don’t know if it happens to anyone here but I need help PLEASE. I dont know what to do!

@Darkside02 i'm feel what you're trying to say cuz i deal with the same problem but my life realy improved when i heard about 12 step program of porn addiction recovery and i strated to attend meetings on PAA website so i advise you to do the same
