I did it a couple hours ago a few times on my arm some deep some are cat scratches but it hurt a lot like unbearable pain it’s weird because it never hurts that much also mentally I’m exhausted I hate sh but idk why I still do I wanted advice and I also need to talk to someone to try and get my mind of this and the thoughts that make me do all this
