Tw.
Im 14, going i to my 10th year of highschool, I've self harmed since I was in 6th grade. My 9th grade year I was so bad with my self harm
I would take pills in class and ppl would know i was on drugs. Just the ppl who payed attention to me. Yk? I would cut in class i even overdosed in the school bathroom and stayed till I made sure I could go to a class. I had a bf names Yair who we've been on and off for like a year and I cried in Gym class and he ignored me. I would cut and cut and erase and burn my skin till it was no more. See depression to me is like I feel completely invisible and checked out, like my life is just passing me by while I watch from the sidelines. I am physically here, but my brain is totally turned off, and I am so exhausted that no amount of sleep makes a difference. I have zero energy left to care about anything, and even when everything around me is loud and busy, I just feel totally empty inside. Sorry if I got side tracked but yea. That my journey I've been clean for abt a few days now but I get that urge every single minute of the day.

😔
I'm glad you are clean.
It's progress.
And it's important to find healthy coping mechanisms that allow you to feel better in yourself and to be safe 🩷
That's what matters most.
It feels impossible at times, but this passes 🩷

I'm here to support.
Your not invisible.
There are ways to handle depression.
Of you get urges then ignore them.
Drawings could be a new interest.
Planning how to draw a picture improves concentration.
There's lots of ways someone can make drawings.
Cutting yourself won't improve anything.
Your only 14-years-old.
Thoughts about self-harm will change!
Drawing is positive.
