I'm 17 years old and I've been self-harming since I was 13, it started with bullying and then led to trauma and family problems.
These traumas made me a sensitive and needy woman, looking for everyone's approval, living with everyone's guilt and These traumas made me a sensitive and needy woman, seeking approval from everyone, living with everyone's guilt and being emotionally dependent on insignificant people.
My punishment is to live in a family that treats psychological problems as drama.

Hi, I'm sorry you are going through this. I can almost feel the way you must be feeling lately. Your story remembers me so much of mine. Firstly I want you to know that this is a safe space and you don't need to look for approval here. We accept you just the way you are. You are beautiful and your story doesn't change that. 😘
-I'm so sorry that you are going through this hard times. I can understand that it changed you into a more sensitive person but that can also be a good thing. And I know that your family plays a really big role when dealing with this kind of situation. I've been there, believe me. Actually my story is very similar to yours. I kinda still live in my dramatic family and some days it's really tough and I lock myself into my room, so I don't have to listen to all the drama.
So everything you described seems very reasonable to me. You are allowed to feel that way. In a family all emotions of everyone should matter equally and be respected. I hope it gets better and please, I want to let you know that you are a kind, lovely person that deserves love from everyone especially your family.
Take care. Hugs? 🫂
