im working on making better choices but im surrounded by people that still make those choices and i think maybe its triggering me but they are my only friends

The first step to solve a problem or issue is to recognize and take steps towards its resolution. So you are on a good path!
Is very hard to disconnect us from our close friends or relatives habits or decisions, but if you´re able to connect with yourself deeply and it realize that you must go other path that your close ones following you soul is the best way to go.
