i’m like 9 months clean rn, but the last two months has been so hard not to relapse, and then seeing tiktoks about it makes it more triggering but it’s addicting to watch them or something cuz they’re relatable ***?? i just don’t know what to do, i used to always sent a code red to someone, but that person doesn’t know what to do with it either and kinda isn’t in my life anymore. i try to make notes when i think about relapsing, or just staying in my bed not getting it but i might relapse cause if it’s not commiting, it won’t be that bad right. I won’t cross that commiting ik cuz im religious, commuting can’t be a choice for me, but sh is a bit different, it’s like feeling something, stinging something it’s like addicting that stinging feeling. I hope everyone finds they’re way to be clean and to not even think about it anymore, or that they don’t even need the ‘i am sober’ app. I hope ya’ll are doing better than me 🤍

@Zara2121 Ik watching videos abt it is rly addicting, but i hate to say it, watching/listening/reading things that make u sad on purpose is considered sh. If u feel like ur gonna relapse, u should ask urself : “why am i doing this? Is this the best way to deal with that? What are some other things i could do before resorting to sh?” And, as hard as it is, try to answer those questions objectively. I believe in u <3
