how do i stop relapsing in SH

this is kinda random but how do i stop SH like i am at the point where i feel like i literally can't stop and i do it i have been doing it worse lately and I know i need to stop but IDK how

It's important to speak out and be honest as you are now 🩷
And find some healthy coping mechanisms to replace the sh.

@Amanda84 thank you! I find it really hard to talk to people about it so it is really nice to have a place like 7cups that i can talk about it and find support, I do have a therapist but i dislike talking to him about it.....No other coping methods work for me really....Â
