need someone to talk to (TW)

i've been a self harm addict ever since i was age 10, i used to do skin picking, some cutting, and still do it actively, last monday i burned my whole body with a hair curler, i do not need help to make me stop, my issues are connected to suicide and extreme violence, i just need someone i can talk to, i have extreme agoraohobia so i do not leave the house, i did not last years, have noone to talk to, all i need is a convo about my thoughts. please someone talk to me
