Start working on my shoulders to get my rotator cuffs working properly again

My goals are to cut less and be more open with my parents (that one might not happen because they would pin it as getting more attention/ being self centered.)

1. no relapses.none have happened yet but due to the way i've been treated at my job, i've been extremely tempted.

2. stay clean (currently 2 years in recovery) by coping in helthier ways like journaling, reading books, knitting, meditation and getting outdoors (taking the dog for a walk, go for an early morning jog, ect) plus doing yoga as a form of exercize. Also finding good mental health support

3. focus on getting actual sleep (most days I get none, last night I got 3 and a half hours). maybe have some chamomile sleep before bed and try some breathing exercizes since i get pretty anxious and upset about work

4. eat in regular intervals and stop skipping meals due to stress---this is so hard for me. I'm not sure where to start with this

My goal is to stay clean. Currently on 3 months without self harming.

This post came exactly when I needed it, today I was really struggling with no self confidence, serious social anxiety and general hatred of myself :( All I could think about doing was hurting myself but luckily enough I was busy with univeristy work and rugby practice to act on my feelings.

I intend to write down my feelings and try to work through them rather than taking them out on my body this month, or go for a run or even just take some time for myself and have a cup of tea and watch some Netflix.

My goal is to be more gentle with myself when I relapse. After 3 years clean I am in a relapse phase. I've been under a lot of stress and haven't been getting good sleep. My goal is to forgive myself when I relapse so that I can go right back into recovery and not get stuck in old habits. I plan to journal and exercise a lot and come here when I need to distract myself.

My goal is to stop my relapse completely. I know it won't happen right away, but I hope to really improve this month. I'm currently trying a "one day on, one day off" sort of approach, then gradually increase the number of clean days I have in between the "on" days. So far, I'm at one day at a time, but I'm going to try 3 starting tomorrow.
