Fastest way to heal my wounds?
I didn't sleep at all last night. I hurt myself pretty bad this morning. I figured the pain would put me in enough discomfort to keep me awake. It worked for most of the morning but then lunch happened and now I feel super drowsy. I have classes until 7:00 this evening and I don't think I can make it until then. I don't want to hurt myself again because that woujld mean cutting on top of what's already there and that's not going to help me stop relapsing.
On top of all this, I wanna heal quickly before my therapy appointment in about 2 weeks. I do clean my wounds regularly, but I want to ensure that I'm 100% healed up before my appointment. Does anyone know what I should do?

Hello and sorry to hear about no sleep and hurting yourself.
As Linear said it does depend on how deep the wound is, if it's a deep open wound I'd see a doctor.

weird advice, but it works. put honey on it. the enzymes in it that are nourishing to bees are actually the same ones that help build skin and body tissues, and having it right on the surface of the wounds grants dorect access, as well as sealing it from any bacteria and discouraging any further irritation. when i used this on mine, it closed up twice as fast as usual and itched less. hope this helps! (get gauze to put over it, and i also cover that with an ace bandage to stop it from messing up my clothes.)
@CentreMid The only thing that will heal it is time ;)
