Officially One Year in Recovery From Self-Harm

Today officially marks 1 year free of self-harm! It's been a long year, and I didn't think this day was going to come, especially with how bad I've been struggling. I am so proud of myself for not giving in to the urges and being able to make it to today to celebrate all of the hard work. It feels amazing to have made it this far! I don't think I would have been able to make it if it weren't for the support of this wonderful 7cups community.
