Been a while.

It's been months since I last did anything stupid. However today another relationship ended, and for some reason I picked a lighter up and just held the flame to my arm. This new and confusing as it's not a thing I've done before. Fortunately I had the sence to phone the Samaritans. Hope I can keep my self well.
