Harming again

Disappointed to say I'm harming again. I suck so much. My arms and legs are wrecked look vile, I have to wear long sleeves, jumpers and tights to keep them covered. Every time I look at them I just feel so depressed and ashamed. My cutting is getting deeper now to I've had to go to hospital for stitches a few times now. Feel like I'm sinking into a deep deep pit. Cutting is so bad but at the time feels like it really helps. Don't know what to do to stop.
