When life's painful emotions bubble under pressure they can distort our perception completely and allow fears to beging to control us. It is an illusion that we must work to unravel thru fact based beliefs with a trusted freind.
Taking back your control is important and allowing peace and calmness to enter and defuse the anxiety.
Ive been there so many times and Im so happy that i never let those thoughts steal my life away!
Emotions and fears are like dark clouds and storms in that the momentsvafter they pass the calness is wonderful and the sun shones warmly on your face.

Each time this happens to us, we learn something. We might not realize what we learned right away but we do learn that for certain: We are so glad we held on tightly to that last hope, and we learned it will pass and happiness will return.
Bask in the joyful moments as long as possible and you will soon learn to remeber how to get back to joys sooner.
