It got bad
I've recently relapsed and have done more cuts in a couple days than I've done in a few months.im just want to see if anyone can help me with this cause I can't talk to anyone I know cause all they say is it ain't that bad or just you need to stop. So if someone can help me and talk that's greatly appreciated.
