Relapse or not? Please help

Hi. I don’t know English very well, so I asked ChatGPT to translate this. I self-harm and have been holding back for quite a long time. No matter how hard it is, I force myself to stop in time every time and keep enduring. But there is one thing that still worries me: I don’t know if I held back or not after all. I want cuts that are deep enough, but then, it seems, there was a compromise. Just some scratches. And I felt a little better and calmly continued doing my own things. At that moment, it had already been 30 days and 19 hours of holding back. I remembered it and still remember it. It may sound stupid, but I don’t know whether I should turn the timer back by 30 days and 19 hours and consider this a relapse. I want to know other people’s opinions. Thanks in advance

This is your personal discovery of yourself.. it doesn't seem like you should reset the clock but it's up to you.. We're proud of you already for getting so far.. You are doing great trying to avoid SH!

Congratulations 🌲

@reservedAvocado2352 Its your recovery and no one else's. You didnt do what you normally do. You held back. You stopped yourself. Im struggling with the same thing. I had a very strong urge the other day I didnt think I could resist. I ended up just scratching myself. I dont count that as SH  because I hardly left a mark and I didnt do what I truly wanted to do. Everyone has their own definition of recovery. In that moment I was proud of myself for not fully giving in.

@yellowSkies7132 Thank you, I’ve made up my mind now. I’m not going to count this as a relapse. I believe in you, honestly.
