Self-Harm is my better option
Ok so I didn't start self harming up until January of 2020. A certain incident happened and it triggered an urge to cut. I was in so much pain that i thought self harming is the only way out. I started to tell my friends what i did even though they were trying to tell me it'll be alright they still didn't have a single idea what i was going through. I don't feel like talking to anybody about anythinb. And nowadays the smallest of incident triggers it and i love doing it.

@hel07 it's really not the better option...there are way better ones out there. Self harm is not a fix, it's a cover up
@hel07 Its not a better option. If you go too far then you could seriously ingure yourself, and others with your actions. You need to try to step away from the knife, Its not good and its impacting your mental state greatly..Try to keep any sharp objects in drawers locked for the knife or locked unless someone is around. You should tell your friends and maybe someone so they can help, or maybe just tell someone so they can monitor you. If you get triggered remember to breath. Try to stay in one place, if your in public go to the restroom and just sit on the toilet and breathe and try not to think about it, Tell yourself ti will get better and if you think of cutting tell yourself you will not do it. Instead of cutting yourself maybe, everytime you get triggered write something on your wrist like "Love" or "peace" or something positive, you can even draw something if you would like too. Please step away from the knife, it will only hurt you and the ones you love.
Thank you

@hel07 I hope you are okay, talk to someone about this, get help because doing this can relieve stress. To confide in someone can really help get anything of your chest and get further help from this. Please take care of yourself, just know that you are loved by so many. Please take care of yourself.
